Description
The Kraken from Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest rising up infront of "The Flying Dutchman".
May not be 100% screen accurate but I am so so pleased with how this turned out. I only wanted to sculpt a few tentacles n the Kraken's maw with the rest of the beast "underwater" and I couldnt make it too scale, but it still looks great next too my 6inch Pirates figures and I could put it with my smaller ones if I choose too.
Sculpted using supersculpey over a metal aftershave lid with wire armature in the tentacles. Painted in acrylics. Its approx 8 inches tall from base to tip of the tallest tentacle, and about 3 inches wide.

Looks pretty cool ! I did a plush Kraken after the 2nd film based on an art design..unfortunatly it was the wrong one..lol I used it with my POTC Fleet ships Zizzle released..you might be able to do the same with this piece..the scale would be almost perfect.
